Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Artsee LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as ENSCORE (collectively, "ENSCORE," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit the ENSCORE website, create an account, or use an ENSCORE web, portal, browser, or desktop product (the "Services").

This policy applies to ENSCORE-controlled Services. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that have their own privacy notices, or to a customer organization's independent collection or use of information.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information you provide

  • Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, organization, role, and login or authentication information.
  • Subscription, licensing, entitlement, and transaction information. Payment card information is generally handled by our payment processor rather than stored directly by ENSCORE.
  • Communications you send to us, including support requests, demo requests, feedback, and business inquiries.
  • Scientific, technical, or analytical data that you choose to load into or process through an ENSCORE product ("Customer Data").

B. Information collected automatically

  • Basic device, browser, operating system, IP address, access time, referring page, and similar technical information.
  • Service activity and diagnostic information, such as login events, entitlement checks, feature usage, error reports, and security logs.
  • Cookies or similar technologies needed for authentication, session management, security, preferences, and basic site operation. We may also use limited analytics technologies if enabled on the website.

2. Local Processing, Temporary Processing, and Saved Data

ENSCORE products may operate differently depending on the product and delivery method. The following principles apply:

A. Local browser and desktop processing

When an ENSCORE feature processes files entirely within your browser or desktop application, the uploaded files and resulting analysis remain on your device. ENSCORE does not receive or retain that Customer Data unless you take an action that transmits it, such as using a cloud-processing feature, saving a run, sharing information, requesting support with an attached file, or exporting to a connected service.

B. Hosted or server-dependent processing

Some analyses require an ENSCORE-hosted or third-party cloud processing service. For those features, the data needed to perform the requested analysis is transmitted to the processing environment. Unless a save or preload feature is enabled, we design these workflows so that uploaded source files and temporary processing data are deleted or expire after processing, subject to limited operational logs, backups, security records, or legal requirements.

C. Saved runs and administrator-preloaded data

When you affirmatively save a run, when your organization enables saved-run functionality, or when an authorized administrator preloads analysis results for your account, the selected Customer Data and outputs may be stored in the applicable ENSCORE-controlled storage environment. Saved information remains available according to the subscription, pilot, customer agreement, retention setting, or administrator configuration applicable to your account.

D. Exports

Files or reports that you export are stored wherever you choose to save or send them. ENSCORE does not control copies stored on your device, in your organization's systems, or with a recipient after export or sharing.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, authenticate, license, and support the Services.
  • Perform the analyses and generate the outputs you request.
  • Manage accounts, subscriptions, pilots, saved runs, and product entitlements.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability and usability.
  • Respond to inquiries and communicate about service, account, legal, or security matters.
  • Comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect ENSCORE, our customers, users, and others.
  • Create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify a person or customer, for service operation and improvement.

We do not use identifiable Customer Data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models unless a separate written agreement or clear opt-in expressly permits that use.

4. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information or Customer Data. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers and infrastructure vendors that support hosting, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, storage, security, customer support, and analytics. They may process information only to provide services to ENSCORE and are subject to contractual or legal obligations.
  • Your organization or account administrator, when your account is provided or managed by an employer, customer, research organization, or other entity. Administrators may manage access, preload data, view account status, or control saved-run features as permitted by the applicable agreement and product configuration.
  • Business transfers, such as a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice requirements.
  • Legal and safety purposes, when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, prevent fraud, or respond to lawful process.
  • With your direction or consent.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

Depending on the ENSCORE product and account configuration, ENSCORE may use service providers such as hosting and deployment platforms, cloud computing and storage providers, authentication and database providers, email delivery providers, and payment processors. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services. Their own privacy notices may also apply when you interact directly with them, such as during payment or authentication.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Services, maintain security and business records, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

  • Local-only Customer Data is not retained by ENSCORE because it remains on your device.
  • Temporary hosted-processing data is retained only for the time needed to process the request and complete deletion or expiration workflows, except for limited logs, backups, or legally required records.
  • Saved runs and administrator-preloaded data are retained according to the applicable plan, pilot, customer agreement, or configured retention period, and may be deleted when the account, entitlement, or retention period ends.
  • Account, transaction, security, and support records may be retained for legitimate business, tax, audit, security, and legal purposes.

7. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, authentication, encrypted transmission, restricted storage access, logging, and vendor security controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, maintaining the security of your device and exported files, and ensuring that you have authority to upload or process Customer Data through the Services.

8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; to opt out of certain processing; or to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

You may also:

  • Choose not to provide optional information, although some features may then be unavailable.
  • Avoid saving a run when you want analysis data to remain local or temporary.
  • Delete locally stored files and exports directly from your device.
  • Use browser controls to manage non-essential cookies, where applicable.
  • Contact us to request account closure or exercise an applicable privacy right.

To submit a request, contact hello@enscore.ai. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. If your account is controlled by an organization, we may direct the request to that organization when it is the responsible controller of the information.

9. Scientific, Health, and Regulated Data

ENSCORE is a scientific data organization, analysis, visualization, and decision-support platform. Unless expressly agreed in writing, the Services are not designed to receive protected health information governed by the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"), directly identifying patient records, or other specially regulated personal data. Do not upload such information unless your organization has confirmed that the applicable ENSCORE product, agreement, and safeguards permit it.

Where possible, users should remove direct identifiers and use coded, pseudonymized, aggregated, or de-identified data before analysis.

10. International Data Transfers

ENSCORE and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws in your location. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for business, scientific, research, and professional users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Services, our practices, or applicable law. We will post the updated policy and revise the effective date. When required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
