Terms and Conditions

Last updated: May 16, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Enscore marketing website, public demo, or related forms. They describe permitted use, limitations, and disclaimers for research-oriented decision support.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Enscore website, public demo experiences, contact and demo-request forms, and any related marketing or informational materials (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If you use Enscore software, scoring applications, or professional services under a separate written agreement, that agreement controls for those offerings to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Research Use Only

Enscore is a research-use-only scientific decision-support platform. Demo data and demo outputs are synthetic and illustrative. Enscore-generated scores, rankings, reports, and visualizations are not medical, clinical, diagnostic, regulatory, investment, or legal advice and should be independently reviewed and validated before use.

You represent that you will use the Site and any outputs you obtain from demo or illustrative features solely for lawful research, evaluation, and informational purposes within your organization, and not for direct patient care, clinical decision-making, diagnosis, treatment selection, or regulatory submission without appropriate independent validation and qualified professional review.

3. Description of the Site and Demo Features

The Site describes Enscore as a customizable scientific decision-support platform for life-sciences scoring, ranking, visualization, and reporting. Public demos may run entirely in your browser using synthetic datasets and simplified scoring logic that are not representative of production deployments, customer data, or validated scientific conclusions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

4. Demo Data and Synthetic Outputs

Demo compounds, assays, variants, scores, rankings, charts, and export files are fictional or illustrative unless we expressly state otherwise. They must not be relied upon for investment, regulatory, clinical, chemistry, or safety decisions.

Export files from the public demo are provided as examples of output format only.

5. Generated Results and Exports

Important Disclaimer: This report was generated by Enscore using user-provided or synthetic data, selected weights, assumptions, and computational scoring logic. Results are for research and informational purposes only. They are not clinical, diagnostic, regulatory, investment, or legal advice. Scores and rankings should be independently reviewed and validated before use. Enscore does not guarantee biological activity, therapeutic efficacy, safety, clinical success, regulatory approval, commercial success, or scientific accuracy.

6. No Professional Advice

Enscore does not provide medical, clinical, diagnostic, regulatory, legal, financial, or investment advice. Nothing on the Site creates a provider–patient, attorney–client, or fiduciary relationship. You are solely responsible for how you interpret, validate, and apply any information or outputs.

7. Form Submissions and Communications

When you submit a contact or demo request, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You consent to our use of that information to respond to your inquiry and operate the Site, as described in our Privacy Policy (when published).

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, patient-identifiable, or regulated health information through public Site forms unless we have agreed in writing to receive it.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software made available through the Site, is owned by Enscore or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for limited personal, non-commercial use of the Site as intended, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any scores, rankings, or visualizations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENSCORE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR DEMO OUTPUTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enscore and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or reliance on demo or illustrative outputs in a regulated, clinical, or commercial context without appropriate validation.
